Expect to flow through some fun yoga flows, but even more importantly, to delve in yogic philosophies you can practice, and take home with you.

This amazing place and people provide all that you need to get present, to take time for yourself. And the raw nature of the ocean gets you present to the power and beauty of nature. Through these you might even find yourself in deeper connection to other humans. I can attest that the last retreat I led to this place was filled with the above, a lot of laughter and a lot of life changing moments - and some new lifelong friendships.

Arrive in Panama City by Saturday April 22nd.

We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City (PTY) on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023. This gives you one day/night to explore the historic district of Panama (Casco Viejo). On Sunday, April 23rd between 8:30-9:00am the included transportation will pick you up from one of the recommended hotels in Casco Viejo, see below.

Our departure begins on April 29th at 9:00 a.m.

Please note: on the return, we suggest also enjoying an extra night in Panama City. If you need to fly out, please book a flight no earlier than 6:00pm on Saturday, April 29th. The included transportation on the return, from Sansara to Panama City’s drop off takes place at the same recommended hotels. Airport transportation is not included.

Ashish grew up in India in an environment where the scriptures and the Bhagavad Gita were very much part of life.

After spending 16 years as an engineer in the computer and video game industry, he decided to take a break and teach yoga. The deeper he dove in, the more he was convinced this is what he wanted to do. Yoga had changed his approach to life, opening a new pathway to an almost constantly lived joy.

He now wants to bring it to others.

Ashish teaches with a smile and brings his fun personality to his teaching, just like his own practice. He weaves in yogic philosophy while leading a challenging, but not too serious asana practice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that the below policy is structured based on amounts due to the resort and it is not possible to change this on an individual basis.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full balance due 90-days before start date of retreat.
Cancellation requests submitted within 90-days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellation requests submitted within 60-days of your retreat - no refund.
Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance.

COVID TRAVEL UPDATE

Please note that if the retreat has to be postponed based on border closures then a credit for a guests’ hold deposit will be issued to be used for the postponement date. If the retreat happens as scheduled, but a guest decides not to attend based on any other reason than a country's border closure, then the regular cancellation policy (stated above) will be maintained.
